It took me a second or two to realise what they were talking about...

be possible through a humble mailing list. In Goa, we have quite a few
lists. But there is still space for many more (specialist) lists. In
the course of my email, I suggested the idea to a friend Shubhranshu

With 813 members, it has grown, and is today playing a role in that
distant region! They've even had a couple of meetings there...
So, if you get a chance to encourage someone to do something -- even
if only to replicate a positive idea in another context -- please do
so. You never know where things end up. One day you might just feel
happy for taking an idea forward. In however modest a role! FN
